Rose has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (2013) and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Delaware State University (1997). I am trained in Individual and Group Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Over the past 27 years, my experience includes but not limited to psychiatric social worker, child protective services worker, social worker in a criminal justice setting, and behavioral health clinician in the emergency room. During these years, I have worked with patients in a psychiatric unit, in the emergency room facilitated groups for patients on the unit and incarcerated individuals and provided crisis intervention services. Also, assess clients for depression, suicidality, substance use and psychotic disorders, consult with providers, and coordinate with HMO for inpatient hospitalization.

Mercy Obour has been working in the field of social work for 7 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in Social Work in 2017. She decided to continue her education at Fordham University where she earned her Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on children and families.
